Ross Gilmore, Esq.

Ross Gilmore is a partner at the law firm of Sperber Denenberg & Kahan, P.C. Mr. Gilmore focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate litigation in the County of Bronx, although he regularly appears in Civil Court in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Areas of litigation and trial experience encompass disputes relating to properties subject to various regulations, including the rent stabilization code, rent control law, and those subject to various section 8 subsidies. Representation also includes supportive housing programs, HDFCs, Mitchell-Lama co-ops, and free market co-ops. Additionally, Mr. Gilmore defends landlords against lawsuits and code infractions issued by New York State agencies such as the DHCR, DHPD, and DOB.  

Ross Gilmore joined Sperber Denenberg & Kahan, P.C. in 2008 and is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. Mr. Gilmore is a member of the Bar of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
