Brianna Neyland, Esq.

Prior to joining SDK Heiberger LLP in July 2021, Ms. Neyland worked as a litigation associate, handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters in New York State Supreme Court.  Ms. Neyland is now part of the SDK Heiberger LLP’s litigation team working a wide range of real estate litigation matters, including, but not limited to, landlord-tenant proceedings and real property disputes.

Ms. Neyland received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2018 and her B.A. from Seton Hall University in 2015. While in law school, Ms. Neyland was a staff member on the New York International Law Review, the Corporate Securities Law Society, and the Multilingual Legal Advocates. Ms. Neyland also participated in the Child Advocacy Clinic at St. John’s which handled a variety of cases dealing with child neglect and family law matters.
